The Tails dog

Animals Unique | The Tails dog | My partner and I both grew up in families with dogs, so when he and I moved into our own place after grad school, we Knew we had to add a dog to our family. We were keen to the aim of adopting a rescue, and Quickly found a cute little dachshund named Dotty cross not far from where we live.
She had been dropped off at a shelter in rural Ohio without any details, and it was clear That she had had puppies before being spayed at the shelter. When I went to visit her, I knew it was a match. She had only been going by the name Dotty for two weeks since arriving at the foster home, so we Decided to rename her Willow, after a movie about a dwarf on a quest Courageous (she does have the little dachshund dwarf legs, after all) . Since then, she has adjusted amazingly well from a country dog to a city dog. A visit to the vet led to the belief That she is in fact a doxle â € "a dachshund and beagle cross â €" although she is so quiet you would never suspect she has beagle in her! Quickly she overcame her hesitation about large dogs, and will now play with any friend, human or canine, WHO will give her the time. Not to mention, she graduated from obedience school with flying colors!
